1st Course
Tender pan seared sea scallops served on a velvety beurre blanc sauce with a salad of fresh mixed greens, tossed with apples, blueberries & apple vinaigrette. Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2021 Grace (Naked Chardonnay)
2nd Course
Sesame seed crusted ahi Tuna with house marinated cucumbers & carrots. Served with hand cut wonton chips.
Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2016 Rouge Clair (Pinot Noir)
3rd Course
White meatballs with creamy ricotta cheese ladled with Italian red sauce.
Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2017 Leo & Willies Merlot
