WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIPS ARE FOR THOSE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER. BY SIGNING THIS FORM, YOU REPRESENT THAT BOTH THE PURCHASER AND RECIPENT ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND THAT YOU GIVE CHELAN RIDGE WINERY PERMISSION TO AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT FOR OTHER PURCHASAS AND SALES TAXES IF APPLICABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING CHELAN RIDGE WINERY OF CHANGES IN ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BEFORE THE WINE IS SHIPPED. CHELAN RIDGE WINERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES INCURRED DUE TO NON-DELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS OR EXPOSURE TO WEATHER.
