- WELCOME WINE: 2019 Pinot Noir Rosé paired with stuffed goat cheese, strawberry tajin, strawberry melon skewer, lettuce wrap
- COURSE ONE: 2016 Estate Cabernet Franc paired with poblano pepper “pasta” charred corn, cream sauce
- COURSE TWO: 2018 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon paired with coffee rubbed pork tenderloin parsnip puree, lemon basil
- COURSE THREE: 2016 Estate High Hawk Petit Verdot paired with cherry BBQ sticky short ribs, carrots, dried cherries
- COURSE FOUR: 2021 Estate White Merlot paired with grilled nectarine puff pastry and Chelan Ridge Winery Estate White Merlot ice cream
