Join us at The Landing Chelan Thursday, Oct 6th. This lavish dinner is a delicious five course meal. With each course curated to highlight Chelan Ridge award-winning wines. Meet Chelan Ridge Winery Owner Bill Swayne and winemaker Jeff Crowder.

1st Course

Tender pan seared sea scallops served on a velvety beurre blanc sauce with a salad of fresh mixed greens, tossed with apples, blueberries & apple vinaigrette. Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2021 Grace (Naked Chardonnay)

2nd Course

Sesame seed crusted ahi Tuna with house marinated cucumbers & carrots.  Served with hand cut wonton chips.

Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2016 Rouge Clair (Pinot Noir)

3rd Course

White meatballs with creamy ricotta cheese ladled with Italian red sauce.

Paired with Chelan Ridge Winery, 2017 Leo & Willies Merlot

4th Course

Indulgent demi glazed medallions of filet mignon, candied carrots, au gratin potato, & bread service.

5th Course

French puff pastry with Chelan farmer’s market cherry jam, fresh local gala apple, topped with cinnamon whipped cream & served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side.
